About the Project
Located in the heart of Iron River, Michigan, the abandoned Central School will soon be revitalized into a mixed-use development. Upon completion of the redevelopment activities, the structure will provide 22 additional housing units, 6,000 square feet of commercial office space, and increase the city's tax base by several million dollars. Most importantly, a historical landmark will have a new, functional use.
